About us

Hi, we are Karine and Susan, owners and founders of KM Clean & Shine! Since we moved from Brazil to the USA when we were younger, we learned the language and started thinking about our future and how we could learn the cleaning business. After years of working for other cleaning companies, and gaining experience from various places, we finally dared to start up our own cleaning company, which can be quite the challenge.

Unlike other companies, we do what is known as the “Brazilian” cleaning, which is a very thorough cleaning that specializes in cleaning places that people usually don’t even imagine need to be cleaned! The most important mindset that we have Is that we value our customers’ opinions and make sure everyone is completely satisfied with the cleanliness of their homes, guaranteeing satisfaction even in the smallest of details! Our focus is to make sure your house is always clean and shining no matter how big or small the job is.

Our services

Deep cleaning

Includes air vents, spider webs, blinds, windowsills, baseboards, wiping down doors, wiping down cabinet doors in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel in any needed surfaces, vacuuming and mopping the floors.

Regular cleanings

Dusting all surfaces, wiping down cabinet doors, stainless steel in any needed surfaces, blinds, vacuuming and mopping floors, maintenance of the deep clean.

Move in / Move out

Air vents, spider webs, blinds, windowsills, baseboards, wiping down doors, wiping down outside and inside cabinet doors and inside of cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, vacuuming and mopping the floors.

Construction cleanings

Air vents, spider webs, blinds, windowsills, baseboards, wiping down doors, inside of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel in any needed surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and making sure there is no residue left behind from the construction.

Office cleaning

Dusting all surfaces, taking out the trash, making sure the kitchen is clean, windows, vacuuming, and mopping the floors.

Airbnb cleaning

Dusting any surfaces, taking out the trash, making the beds, washing the linen and anything past guests have used, and replacing any items if needed (for example replacing any toilet paper or paper towels).
